Front of the engine block, driver side, toward the bottom, with a cable going up, around the driver side of the engine, then under the black plastic cover at the throttle body, to a grey and black connector behind the fuel rail (at least on my '96 900SET).
The bracket with the three connectors (not relays) is for the O2 sensors and the temp gauge sensor cable. The connectors have plastic ears on them, and get brittle w. age. What you would call "design-to-break". If the ends brake off, the connector still works, but does not clip to the bracket. There are some relays easy to see if you pop the cover off the fuse box under the hood, near firewall on the driver side.
