I went back and forth when the difference was only $25. never got a solid answer as nobody has used both. I did buy the mp one and haven't installed it yet but it looks good. I had the saab savior on my 9k and thought it was an awesome product.
My answer overall is this. There probably is no real difference. The mp gives you more flexibility and the ability to go to very short shifts, if this interests you then buy it. If you feel the extra steps involved in the mp install are too much for you to handle then go with the saab savior.
Basically you are paying more for the saab savior one because there is less install for you to do, basically plug and play, and less chance for you to mess something up.
let us know what you get and if you like it.
