I put on Pep Boy's Touring HR at less than $60 per tire and have been well satisfied. Previously had the original Michelins and then Toyo Proxes. With 10,000 miles on the Pep Boy's they are wearing far better than the previous tires and handle fine wet or dry. I wanted an all-season tire-- I live in California so don't need winter tires but do travel to the Sierra's for skiing and have no regrets with the value of the Touring HRs. They were less than half the cost of the name-brand tires and at the rate they are wearing should last longer.
