Are you washing it yourself or are we talking car wash? I met you at SCD last year and the year before (I own the red classic conv. that won best in class two years in a row) so......seeing your previous cars I'm betting you wash it yourself. I'm in SE Mass. (Pembroke) and the salt/sand is killing me!

How do you wash twice a week??? I'm really meticulous but since it has been so cold I've only handwashed my cars twice. I don't drive the convertible in the winter, but I do drive the '90 and the '00 9-3SE (just like yours). I've been through a carwash a couple of times after hosing all of the heavy stuff off at one of the self serve wash bays. I hate carwashes so I mostly just use the self service bays....until it warms up. I like them because you can really blast the underside of the car.

I'm impressed by your stamina in this weather. I can't wait for spring....or at least March!!!! I was hopefull that this weekend would be nice enough to get out and change the oil and clean up the 2000 real well but....looks like the weather is going to be crappy again.
