Right side Speakers Out??? - Help

I was driving around the otherday listening to the radio and saying to myself that the saab radios really suck. I thought, I must be developing the ears of an audiophile because the sound now sounds so much worse that a week ago. Long story short, I realized, after playing with the settings, that the right side speakers aren't working.
Any ideas how to fix this? I've got to think that the connections just went at the amp, but not sure where or how to check this, special tool requirements to pull the radio, and the COST$$ Thanks for the input.
