The 9-3 cars are just getting old enough to have the same creaks and rattles as the NG900. Lots of info on the NG900 board.
Rear bushings are at the shocks and the rear axle. There is an inside and outside anti-roll bar in the back. Neither has a bushing, but the axle the roll bars are attached to has one bush on each side.
Shock absorber has one bush on top, one on the bottom. As the car goes over a bump, the shock absorber compresses and rotates slightly on the lower bush. After a few years, they all creak in the cold. The colder it gets, the more they creak, because the material they are made of is harder in the cold.

Same parts, same design from 1994-2002 (I checked the p/n to make sure). I heard you can try to lubricate the lower ones if not too worn out, but I have not tried.
Around $10 each, but a lot of work to get to unless you are replacing the rear suspension for another reason. Do NOT let someone sell you a set of shocks because the bushings creak, that story pretty much got old with the NG900 series (chuckle).
