Do I have a leaking headgasket?

I have owned four Saabs but have never worked on them. On my '99 9-3(Still under CPO warranty for 6 months) there is oil visible on front drivers side of engine. It is around the big nut sticking forward and not that far from battery. It looks like on old slow leak With with lots of dirt. Continues down quite a bit so I think it has been there awhile. The coolant looks good but when cold is about 1/2" low. Oil looks OK to me. Car has just under 70k. I bought at 50k with oil changed at 55k,65k at dealer and 60K service done at Saab indie and I have the reciept for all fluid changes. I recall that head gasket on car was replaced by Saab for previous owner but can't be sure. I am calling the dealer next week to schedule the 70K oil change. I sort of hope this is something that gets then to take the valve cover off at least to check for sludge. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
