my '99 9-3 at 79k had a head gasket replaced (warranty). I took it to an indy afterwards for something else and I asked if the bolts should be re-torqued after driving for awhile (hot and cold engine). He claimed the head bolts are "stretch bolts" and that the final angle torque stretches the bolt so that retorquing is not necessary after a HG change. This seems to contradict the theory of retorquing the head bolts on the '99s. What gives? Thanks,
