I picked up my '99 9-3 at 84k. It feels like new.. just have the car thoroughly inspected. I turned down a few 9-3s before settling on the one that was obviously well maintenanced, even though it had higher miles than the others I looked at. I'm now at 96k and the car does -not- feel like it is approaching 100k miles.. so as long as it has been taken care of, you shouldn't sweat somewhat high mileage like that.
