I haven't personally measured the roll bars, but reports on this board are that the stock 9-3 front roll bar is 25 mm, while the Viggen is 22 mm (smaller front = less understeer). There are lots of reports that a 22 mm rear bar balances well on the stock 9-3's with the 25 mm front, so keeping approximately the same balance in a Viggen with the 22 mm front would lead you to the 19 mm rear. Also, Viggen rear springs are 25 percent stiffer than stock, while the fronts are only 5 percent stiffer than stock, so that relationship should reduce understeer as well.

I would either go with a 19 mm rear, or replace both bars with a front 25 and rear 22.
