I'm also from the 9K BB but I can tell you thats a very good deal depending on the condition of the car.

The '99 9-3 is T-5 like our 9000s are, so the tuning is a bit easier than on the T-7s. The auto tranny in the NG900/9-3 is actually fantasic...bulletproof and it shifts great. Nothing like it in sport mode! BTW my 9K is auto, and its great too, but I like the AW tranny more than the ZF.

If the car is in good condition with a good service history, thats a great price. If not, then it may be too high. Its all relative to the condition and how the car was cared for.
