Just wanted to throw in my two cents...
I've used 4 different Saab dealers in CT, Westchester, and NYC (Hoffman, Saab of Westport, Saab of Westchester, and Zumbach's) and have found Saab of Westport to have the most honest and capable Saab dealer service department around. My 02 Conv has had it share of warrenty problems and Westport was the only dealer to consistently provide a Saab loaner and fix the problems in a speedy fashion.
As for non-warranty work, the 40K mile service amd front brake pads/rotors set me back $580. I'm honestly not sure if that is good or bad, as I didn't shop around; I knew I needed front brakes, it seemed reasonable based on my experiences with my last cars (VW Passat and Audi A4).
The service advisor, Tona Zarelli, will bend over backwards to help a customer. As for Saab of Greenwich...I can't comment. I know they are owned by the same company, however, I never used them. I do know Saab of Westport is the original dealer, and they acquired Greenwich afterwords.
Hope this helps...
