My 1999 93Se also had a cracked Purge valve hose as wele as two other loose hoses from the TB. Luckily there was plenty of etxra hose and was able to nip it 1" shorter and reconnect. Be sure to check al the other hoses in that area.
You may want to consider cleaning the TB, the IAC valve, and the Purge valve, if you have never doen them. It doesn't take that long and there could be some gunk built up over time. I did cleaned on at 55K and it idles and runs as smooth as new.
