I agree with the copper NGK BCPR6ES11 plugs for general, all-around driving. If you do a lot of sustained highway driving, or go into mountainous areas a lot, or tow stuff, I'd say go with the slightly cooler BCPR7ES11 plugs.
Don't forget to pick up a tube of dielectric silicon grease for inside the DI boots, & wait a few minutes after turning off the car before you touch the DI cassette, & don't turn it upside down.
I'd say replace 'em every 15k miles. You probably won't need anti-seize on the plug threads, but I used a dab the last time & probably will again every-other plug change. A drop of synthetic motor oil on the threads might be just as good. Torque is around 18-20 ft-lbs.
