He had it brought out and it was a different part. This part is a piece of file behind the front wheel well that wraps around the bottom and side of the Viggen rocker panel.

In the picture below this film is behind the mud flap, but before the jack slot -- you can barely make out the top edge of the film -- you can see it extends back about halfway to the jack stand slot.
