Warranty question, foglights, etc BAD DAY!!

ad nauseum. Bad day for my 9-3. Does anyone remember or know the name of some "act" where supposedly the dealer has to prove you didn't maintain the car properly when a warranty issue arises (for example, oil changes)? Something like Magnusson-Moss act or something similar. My predicament:
went under the car today to check on a loose foglight. Turns out the black plastic brackets that hold the light to the bumper are broken. Does anyone know if you can just purchase the bracket separately? (I think I know the answer, and it's no, correct?).
While under the car, I see a sheen of oil on half the oil pan. I check near the filter and the oil appears to be coming from somewhere above the filter, perhaps towards the large diameter pully (crankshaft). I can't really tell where, so I wiped all the oil I could and will check it again in a few days. Meanwhile I'm making an appt. at a dealership that's never seen the car, (its certified till June 4) so I'm expecting bad news and a battle over warranty. That's my reason for asking about that warranty act, I want to be as well-armed as I can. Thanks, what a horrible day it turned out to be. I'm really bumming on the 9-3 right now.
