'99 9-3. I posted earlier about my a/c short cycling on and off. I checked this am at about 80-90 degrees and it was working perfectly. low side at 35 psi and high at 300 psi. Skip ahead several hours. It's now around 100 degrees. Car has not been driven all day. Go to drive it, and the same thing it happening.
I can only assume the power to the clutch is cutting in and out. What safety switches are in the path from the acc to the clutch that might be doing this. What is the "switch" that is on the a/c compressor which has the power wire coming into it, and then feeds to the clutch.
Anything else I should be checking. As I said before, I have another compressor but really want to avoid opening the system at all costs.
