The other day, I pulled the key out of the ignition and my ACC refused to stop. Got worried about my battery and pulled the neg cable. Lately I've just been pulling the fuse out to stop the fan, but I want to stop using this boot-leg fix and actually have my car running like normal.

I believe I've read somewhere that this is the fault of the cabin fan speed controller. I'm not sure where it is though, and wanted to know if it is a relatively easy fix, I'd say I'm a rather professional DIYer. I've searched the threads for the past few days but can't find anything regarding the automatic ACC controls.

I've ventured into the cabin air filter area to clean out the filter, and I've also took apart pieces of the dash to setup a stereo system, I'm hoping it is in one of these two places.

On another note, just driving a few hours ago, I've noticed a very strong shaking of the wheel when traveling 50+mph and turning about 45degrees to the left. I checked my tires, and the treads seem to have some life left in them. I also just go my ball joints replaced at the dealer which was a nightmare 3 months ago. Any clues as to what the shaking can be?
I know a moderate amount is normal at higher speeds, generally driving straight, but this shaking was most unusual.
Appreciate any advice from the board!

BTW, I'll try to get up pictures of my speaker/amp installation and a step-by-step guide shortly as well. Just looking for some webspace ATM.
