front passenger vibration (& Hi-beams question)

Hey guys
In my 1999 9-3 that I bought used in May I have been experiencing front right side vibration. (It's been like this since May but I had other, bigger fish to fry with this car...like sludge probs!) This occurs whether I stay straight or if I turn left or right (turning makes it worse).
I have changed my 15" wheels to 16" wheels and it does the same thing, and have changed my CV boot as well (there was a tiny hole in the other one).
There is no audible noise that I can hear from the driver or passenger seat while driving.
Is it possible that its the CV joint that could have gotten dry when the boot was leaking, or a wheel bearing needs replacement, or perhaps the engine mount on the right side?
I have an appt at an indie for tuesday but its going to be $$ and I am anglophone gal living in Quebec City, so trying to explain the problem in French will suck...so if i could have maybe an idea before heading down there, that could be cool (I could translate before hand!)
Cheers
Sands
PS) My driver side highbeam doesn't work, but the pass. side does. The blue indicator light in the dash doesn't come on either. I have read previous posts of ppl having the same prob but noone has written what they did about it. This started the other evening. All other lights work, I put in a new bulb, same problem, visually checked the wiring, looks good. What have other ppl done for this?
