The throttle body transition casting is a NG900 modification. Saab fixed the problem on the 9-3, so you have nothing to worry about. The Viggen intercooler upgrade is actually more like $300. The two hoses and the new radiator hose (may not be required) bring it up to that price. Then you're looking at a $50 increase for the MP intercooler, which is better than the Viggen intercooler, but doesn't install as easily. For most of us, the Viggen intercooler is more than good enough and installation is extremely easy. Other than that, your list of upgrades looks good, and the order is great. You'll be able to get a stage 3 ECU upgrade by the time you have all of the other stuff done!
