No need to do the tensioner pulley (the metal one) as they rarely fail. You can avoid the lower pulley by going to the short belt that is frequently discussed here. There is also an inexpensive replacement for the lower pulley that is from a GM Van (92 G30 Van with a 350 & AC - TorqFlo part # 45972). The diameter is slightly larger but I am using it on my son's 1996S without problems.
I use a good synthetic grease for wheel bearings or CV jounts. The thicker grease tends to stay put rather than run out. I put enough in to cover the empty area around the bearing race and then seal it up. The toughest part of the job is removing the seal without bending it. It's a thin copper washer covered with plastic, so straighten it out before reassembly if you bend it.
