I have installed a new head, got the kit from best buy btw, and did some serious mapping to connect each individual wire togeather (PITA). I have the upgraded 6 speaker system and I ripped out the amp from the kicker. How can I get the door speakers to work? I have a very minimal signal coming from them now by splicing those wires with the tweeter wires on the front of the dash and then connecting them with the front outputs from the head unit.

How do I get the door speakers to work?
