I couldn't get my hands on any Redline MTL this week, so I had to order it. Last night I changed out the fluid in the 99 Viggen to Mobil 1 75W90 gear oil. I know this is a GL5 rated oil, but couldn't get my hands on any Redline or Amsoil. I figure on running the Mobil 1 for a few day's and then flushing it again and replacing with the Redline. Anyone see any problems with that? I have 54K on the clock and this is the first flush. Oil came out a little milky, but no particles at all. The car spent every winter stored in the garage until I moved to FL, so I think that may have something to do with the milkyness of the oil.

PS....That drain plug is one tuff cookie!
