Front struts are clearly worn out - they're inserts so you have to remove the strut assembly then disassemble to get the insert out - the springs usually don't wear enough to replace, the new shocks will make most of the differnce...
Also some don't do the shocks but that does cause more squat on acc. or when the car pitches front to back so likely need to do those also around 100k -
if you do want to replace the front w/ heavier springs, then get stiffer than normal shocks from what I've read or the front will seem bouncy or underdamped - (unless they're lowering springs the only stiffer ones are the viggen springs I believe)
Let us know how it feels when you're done so we can evaluate the brands etc!
