You might have to clarify some things. In 1995 there was no 900 S turbo, so I'm assuming you mean an SE turbo, and is the SE you mentioned a V6? I'm sure a V6 to turbo swap can be done, but it would involve the engine, most of the wiring, the ECU, instrument cluster, and who knows what else. Usually when engines with timing belts have the belt snap, you're looking at new valves and sometimes pistons. Only the V6 has a belt, though.
