Last night I took my 01 93 SE to the dealer for a check of the front suspension. They had put on new upper and lower control arms on both sides last year. Well the driver's side lower control arm was completely unbolted and hanging free. The Service Manager admitted that the control arms had been put on incorrectly with the arms reversed and inverted with the left side arm on the right side and vice versa. Both arms were visible cut due to rubbing and the bolts were separated away on both sides. How could any competent mechanic have done this badly? The parts are even clearly marked with the parts numbers to guide the mechanic in assembly. Furthermore, they had removed a standard bolt and put in a non-fitting bolt into the subframe that just pulled out completely. What do you all think I should do about this situation?
