My UOA showed wear metals on a 7K+ run, nice and clean at ~5K so I'm sticking with that. Your low miles the product of many short runs or fewer long runs?
I don't view the economy of synth oil as longer stretches without buying oil, but longer stretches without having to find a car I'm as happy with than my 9-3, we're getting along great lately!
