You may just have a bad sensor. A cheap fix that might be worth trying is to get a pair of spark plug non-foulers from an auto parts store and install them in-between the sensor and the exhaust pipe. They make one size that has the same threads as an O2 sensor. The one that you screw directly to the sensor will have to be drilled out with a 1/2" drill bit.
