Thanks again Gary,
It will be very easy with such instructions. I reckon 1 hour total time.
As for the removal of the steering wheel you can do it without a puller. I pulled the wheel out once to re-seat the circlip on the steering shaft that causes wheel axial play. I slacked the 22 mm nut, backed it flush with the shaft. I then pushed the wheel up while a friend of mine whacked the shaft with a brass punch and hammer. It popped out easily.
As for the broken cluster mounting repair, I am planning to glue the piece back in place with crazy glue and then build up the whole piece with epoxy glue harmored with fine steel mesh.
I used the technique on other plastic repairs and seem to work well. I don't like the idea of a "floating cluster"
The rattle started after installing the Bilstein HD struts. I guess it did not take to the shocks stiffness to well. I just hope that nothing else will come apart everytime I hit a pothole.
Saabs, you have got to love them...
Cheers
Giovanni
