I had a similar thing happen to my 95 900S a while back - but in my case the arm actually went UP the bushing and was rubbing on the subframe. The solution for me was to get a whole new Stanchion arm with the bushing already pressed in. You have to remove the bolt at the bad bushing and then the bolt holding the arm to the control arm, and then remove the stabilizer arm bushing bolt as well. I will tell you that removing the bolt holding the stanchion arm to the control arm is a real pain to get out since the boot for the CV joint gets in the way - so you may have to play games with turning the wheel to get some room to operate.

Nick's advice on looking at the whole subframe is good, however, since you may have caused other damage depending on how long you've been running it that way. In my case, I just trashed the arm itself and had to replace it. At the same time I did the arm, I also replaced the bushing on the other stanchion arm. this wasn't very easy, since you literally have to cut out the old bushing and then press the new bushing into place. Buying a whole new arm may be more expensive, but is easier to get the job done.

Also, if you're trying to do this yourself, it means lots of lying on your back in the garage, and then a few cuss words as you try to get things back into place. If you don't have the jacks and stands and place to do this, you definitely want a garage to do the work....
