Stop using caps. Posting something will not get you any responses faster than if you hadn't typed in caps, in fact it bothers people and might actually dissuade people from answering your posts.

Now:

When you took the old pads off you pressed the caliper pads so the new ones would fit. Did you open up the brake fluid resevoir? While you are at it, check the resevoir. If its empty then you there is a leak in your brake system.

If you left the resevoir closed when you opened the calipers then its possible the pressure might have burst a line or junction.
