When I bought the car (95 900S with 126K miles) a month ago, horn didn't work, then I found out the fuse was blown, replaced it and worked fine, few days later, a friend got too excited with my car and start to press the horn, the horn died after a few blows.

It's not a pleasant experience when I later had a car back up on me and I couldn't warn him because of the dead horn, I was yelling in my car but there's no way that guy could hear me and his civic slowly bumped me, thankfully it's very slow and no damage done.

So the question is the same, is this a common problem? Also, last time I didn't disconnect battery when replacing the fuse, should I?
