Even with the stock intake etc, the exhaust will help you reach boost faster and give some more power - with a full high-flow exhaust system the next thing would be to open up the intake - instead of buying another 20 buck filter get the taliferro genuinesaab open air intake - it's laser cut and really lets the engine breathe, which will compliment the exhaust - be ready for some turbo sound then (which is just great!)
Also make sure that silencer is removed from the tube that feeds the intercooler from the turbo - just adds restriction to subdue the turbo noise, and with your mods it is even more of a bottleneck.
