There is no actual valve, there is more like a mechanism whereby the vent is run back into the air intake. I've got some posts from a few years back on how to clean it with a pick and replace the hoses.

It's located in the "V" of the engine, driver's side, you'll see a small hose coming more or less straight down about 4" from the square part of the aluminum block thing (that divides into six runners), then there's a larger hose coming out from there, goes under the intake manifold, that pops out and attaches near the square housing for the butterfly/throttle valve.

You need to remove the top plastic cover to the engine, and the plastic cover on the right side of the engine (as you stand in front of the car) to see it and access it.
