I had a vibration after doing my front pads and rotors but it was after a
while and at high speed only (55-70 MPH).
It turned out to be my tires and wheels. After purchasing new tires and
they were balanced all vibrations are gone.
I used Pagrid pads and brembo rotors (whatever was cheapest at eeuroparts).
That your getting the vibration at 30MPH is troubling. There should be very little, if any, vibration at that low a speed. I've had warped rotors
in the past and the vibration was at always at higher speeds. Very troubling.
Is it possible that wheels lugs were over-torqued and the
rotors are warped some? Again, if rotors I would think there would be
noticable vibrations at higher speeds. Did you have the wheels or tires
rotated as part of the work; it could be a balancing. If warped rotors are suspected I thought they could turn the wheel and with a micrometer/tool on the rotor and measure the warpage?
Just commenting, sorry I couldn't help.
