Misfire Occasionally in 01 Viggen - sets no codes

Does anyone have any experience with a 01 Viggen or similar misfiring occasionally. The car drives great, full throttle acceleration is also great. But sometimes, under steady state light load, such as cruising around town, or on the highway, or at idle sometimes, the car misfires for a split second. You can hear and feel the engine cut out for a split second, then it's fine. The engine sets no codes.
Has anyone seen this? The DI cassette went bad and was replaced about 20K miles ago. I'm thinking maybe a fuel filter is needed, or spark plugs, or new engine software (that's supposed to be out), or maybe a vacuum leak?
Any experience you have would be appreciated as it's better than just changing parts out.
Thanks,
Josh
