I would not say it's an easy job. Just did it myself. You won't be able to pound out the rubber bushings. You'll need to press them out with a hydraulic press or cut them out in some way. Once out it only took a bench vise to install the Poly bushings (that's the easy part of the whole process).

If a choice were available I would have put in new OEM rubber bushings instead of the Poly bushings! Too much added vibration/noise. Having said that I have stiffer shocks and springs than normal and removed the steering rack clamp rubber bushing and just have a metal clamp on the steering rack box. The bottom line is that I believe I have installed too many tighter/stiffer bits and pieces and have gone "overboard" in this quest. Just something to keep in mind if you've "uprated" other parts.
