I have cleaned the TB and IAC quite a bit. In the two years I've owned it, I've probably done a fairly thorough cleaning half a dozen times (seemed like a nearly free fix for something that could end up being costly).
I also run a tank of techron concentrate about once every oil change. I no longer have the stock setup at what was once my plenum. I have genuinesaab.com NA intake (the large black tube that replaces the plenum). It is bolted down nicely and I doubt leaks there.
I have looked and looked for vac leaks... replaced all the hoses I could find (with the exception of the cannister line... couldn't figure out how to get to that one... couldn't get the wheel well panel off... maybe rivets... not sure).
Anyway... thanks for the tips.
