This sounds like it might be the problem. The clutch grabs close to the floor and if I depress the clutch and wait a few seconds engagement is easier. The slight "nick" I feel when I put it into first may be due to the fact that the clutch is not fully disengaging. Once I am moving all gears shift great at any RPM and no signs of the clutch acting strange. Could air in the system cause these symptoms? I did find a clutch bleeding prcedure when I searched.... maybe I should give that a try?
