Its really easy. First take off the grills over your speakers in the trunk and take out the trunk shelf. on either side of the trunk opening there is a small black plastic nut that needs to be removed. Mine were loose enough to get by hand but if they are not you will need the right sized socket. Then its really just a matter of pulling the lining up and out of the rubber seal around the trunk. If you encounter any resistance anywhere dont yank on it because you dont want to unshape the liner. Look around for another screw or nut holding it on or look for the liner tucked under a seal or plastic trim. Oh and dont forget that the floor liner in the trunk area (the one that folds up to give access to the space saver) over laps the trunk liner so you need to fold that back. To put it in is pretty much the reverse process. I found it easier to take the seal off the opening, get the liner lined up, and then put the seal back on making sure it overlaps the liner everwhere, and then putting back on the things you took off. Good luck.
