I'd start with the Koni's, but...

The Koni's make a tremendous difference. THey cost s afew $'s, but well worth it. Plus they are adjustable. So, you cna tune to your personal preference. Excellent improvement in ride and handling.
Upper mounts/bearings only if you need them. The bad news is that it's the same job so if you save some money on the parts you may end up spending more on labor in the long run (time or moeny depending on DIY level).
THe bushings are know to wear. I'm still debating that one. Plus, the ball joints sometimes go at 100K+. So, if money is not a consideration, do them with the struts. Again, much of the same labor. But, if you have to save money, I'd wait until you have a problem.
The 6 point brace is most favored by the convertible owners who get increbidle shake & shimmy with the top down. A great idea, but hardly the place to start unless you are a 'vert driver.
