they have good info on removing the door panels. Or search for "door panel". The audio guide FAQ was good and had pictures, but the link isn't working, maybe someone else can provide a current link.
Basically you need to remove a bunch of screws and a plastic push pin rivet. After that the door handle has to be removed from the metal hook that releases the door latch, you just need to wiggle it a bit and pull the handle like you're trying to get out of the car and it'll unhook (it's easier to get it back on). After that the door is held on by a bunch of plastic pins, just wedge your fingers between the door panel and the door frame and gently pull out, you'll hear some pops, and you'll need to slide your fingers around the door edges to get all of them off. Some posts say you need to remove the plastic cover near the mirror...you don't have to do it, the remaining pins swivel so you can rotate the panel and clear the plastic mirror piece. Good luck.
