I'm swapping the stock IC in my '99 9-3SE with a Viggen IC. I've read that that I can forego the purchase of the new IC exit hose as the spare parts remaining from the swap can be used to fabricate an extension to fill the gap due to the new IC's lower exit position.

I'd like to verify this, and specifically, the source of the 4" aluminum pipe that has been described by some. Can any of you who have performed this swap fill in the blanks for me here?

Also, if anyone has a good front bumper removal/re-installation procedure written out, I'd love to have this handy (just in case).
