They've sent me the wrong parts before on accident; when I ordered new belts for my '92 900T & my roommates Volvo 240, they only sent one for his A/C (requires 2), and an extra accessory belt. I called them and alerted them to this error and they sent out the extra belt free of charge and told me to just keep the other (wrong) one.

That's service (in my book, at least), and sometimes that's what you're paying for (in addition to the part); good service.
