The biggest issue would probably be whether all the wetted materials are of alcohol appropriate construction--alcohol can be extremely corrosive. One way to find-out would be to run a few tank-fulls and then replace what goes bad and tell the rest of us. :)
Your mileage would go down due to the lower energy density and the fact that the effective CR isn't optimized to extract the efficiency otherwise avialable due to the natuarally high octane.
