I have recently had some fairly hard starts in my 2002 9-3 SE and this morning the car would cut under boost and then it stalled twice in the parking garage by my office. No codes have been triggered and I see and hear no vaccuum leaks. Before I bring the car to the dealer so they can find nothing and charge me a diagnostic fee, has anyone heard of or experienced this? My Warranty just ended (obviously) and I just had the ignition cartrige recall performed. Otherise I do all maintainence myself, so I know the car is in top shape, save for this issue. It bucks pretty violently when under boost. Wastegate looks fine, I upgraded the bypass valve to a TurboXS a while ago, and that seems fine, and the vaccum hoses on the back of the intake manifold are all correct. I can't help wondering if it is the Hella throttle override box that is causing this, but I don't know for sure.
