It isn't real hard, but unless your compressor is cycling off, it isn't your problem. If you do replace the anti-frost switch, be careful with the black plaster cover over the expansion valve and anti-frost switch. Some of the screws are hidden, and if you don't seal it up when you put it back together, it will leak condensate into the passenger foot well.
More likely is the expansion valve. When mine failed, the A/C would blow cold for a bit, then blow warm, but the compressor was still on, and the evaporator wasn't frozen. Its in the same area as the anti-frost switch, but requires discharging the system. I've done the expansion valve on my 95 SE v6, and it took about 2 hours. I'm told the 4cyl cars are much harder due to haveing to replace a line from the engine.
