I put in sport springs at 20K miles and they died at 100K miles. I put the stock springs back in with cheap KYB struts and it was actually quite an improvement. I'd say that your dampers are worn. If the dampers are worn, the car feels oversprung. It's counterintuitive but that's my take.
I had the Koni dampers and the Eiback springs which was a great combo. The Eibachs were the perfect mix of handling and comfort without lowering too much. Times have changed since then so there are many more options now. Have fun. Do your research and post back what you did and how it worked out. :)
For reference, I had the Eiback springs but put in B&G to go more aggressive. Looking back, the Eibachs were not as good on offramps, etc but better on the real roads which aren't always so smooth. ;) The B&G springs wore out and I had sold the Eibachs to somebody here cheap.
