Castanets in the back when going over bumps?

It's the right sound analogy actually. When going over a bump (no lack of them around here in NJ) the back left "area" makes this clacking sound...like castanets or maybe some coins in a film canister. What does that sound like to the experts? With the topdown it's loud and annoying and alittle worrying.
