Unless someone had a reason to remove the solenoid valve, I cannot see how it would be reversed.
WIS is quite useless, it states to mark the hoses when removing and does not document these. Diagrams do not show much.
But it does infer:
Line to left of valve goes to TB for pressure above the throttle plate. The hose that comes out towards the front of the vehicle goes to the BPV. The hose that goes to towards the fender, on the side with the electical connector, connects to a vacuum source downstream of the throttle plate. It goes to the right and doubles back somehow, perhaps tying into a VAC line and not going to the TB/manifold area. You can remove that line and it should have a good VAC flow at idle.
I think that I documented what terminal gets power and what the ECU grounds to active the valve.
